We believe human potential is being wasted.

Not because people lack ambition, but because the systems meant to help people learn, work, and grow are slow, fragmented, and outdated. The way people discover opportunities, build skills, and move through their careers has failed to keep pace with the world we're living in.

Launched exists to change that.

Our purpose is to elevate human potential — to help people live epic lives and reach their full capacity. We do this by creating access: access to meaningful work, access to the right skills, and access to opportunities that compound over time. Work should not be accidental. Careers should not be opaque. Talent should not be invisible.

Today, there is a widening gap between what the economy demands and what the workforce can offer. Skills evolve faster than education. Talent moves slower than opportunity. Recruiting is tedious, inefficient, and broken at its core; built on outdated incentives, shallow signals, and fragmented data.

We're starting where the problem is loudest.

Launched begins by fixing human capital movement: how people are found, evaluated, and connected. We're building locally in New York City, focused on high-potential GTM and Engineering talent, connecting exceptional individuals with exceptional companies, in top critical industries: AI, healthcare, education, manufacturing, defense, staffing, and energy. We believe the best networks are built city by city, trust by trust, relationship by relationship.

In the medium term, Launched becomes a services company powered by proprietary technology. Tools that tackle the hardest problems in hiring: sourcing real talent, understanding true skill sets, and engaging people in ways that respect their time and ambition. We build these products first for ourselves, then offer them to the market. Everything we do is powered by community, technology, and incentives — giving people real ownership in the ecosystem they help build.
